A Little Sumpin' Sumpin'
A WAY SMOOTH AND SILKY IPA
With a certain thing we call a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness, A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ is a truly unique style. Featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body, it’s a hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans, but so smooth that hefeweizen fans dig it, too.

STYLE
We’ve watched with some amusement as the internet beer rating
sites argues over how to ‘classify’ it. Wheat beer? Sure. Smooth
IPA? You got it. Silky wheatly-esque-ish-ness? Definitely. We’re
in the camp with Japhy Ryder when he declares to Ray Smith that
“Comparisons are odious!”
A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin IPA is 50% wheat, 50% malted Barley, and
100% delicious hoppiness. Hints of bubblegum, pineapple, light
cedar & pine. Tons of tropical fruitiness with none of the fruit!

TROPICAL
Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ utilizes some newer hop varietals that bring all the flavors of a tropical island to your palate. Think POG juice, but with only hops!
SMOOTH & SILKY
Most beer is made primarily with barley malt. We used high proportions of various wheat malts in Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ to create a smooth MouthFeel that marries perfectly with tropical and floral hop flavors.
Floral
The floral notes from the hops in Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ compliment the tropical notes to a T. The honeysuckle flavor gives you an impression of sweetness, but doesnt overwhelm the palate. It’s all about balance!

A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache.
